Exercising regularly As your coach, I want to help you get in the habit of a daily workout practice. Weather you have 10 min, or 1 hour to commit, we'll find the exercises most suitable for you.
Nutrition What you choose to put in your body, has a direct connection with your brain health. I want to help you feed your body in a way that serves you for the long run.
Hydration I'll always be checking in with you on how much water you're drinking. We'll talk about healthy beverage options, and what you'll wat to leave out to get the best results.

Your first two coaching sessions are 50% off! If you choose to continue coaching (and I highly recommend that you do), sessions are $125/each, which can be discussed after our first two sessions. (Don't worry, you won't be billed after the first two sessions)
